Come ring in the New Year with us! Indulge in a four course dinner with exquisite wine pairings.
Artichoke Dip and Rosemary Bread (Christmann Trocken Dry Riesling 2021)
Salad of shaved fennel and toasted pine nuts with Champagne vinaigrette and Parmigiano-Reggiano (Domaine Hippolyte Reverdy Sancerre 2021)
Surf and Turf: Lobster poached with fines herbs and butter/Short Rib braised in a red wine veal sauce over mashed potatoes (Choice of – Roland Lavantureux Fourchaume Chablis Premier Cru 2020, Domaine Gruhier Bourgogne Rouge Epineuil 2019 OR Domaine Jean Bourdy Cotes du Jura 2020)

DJ and dancing will keep things lively from 8 to 11 PM. Champagne toast at 9 PM. $130/Person.
