Pork Tenderloin

Seared Pork Tenderloin marinated in Woodford Reserve bourbon served with a red wine gastrique, potato pavé and braised cabbage. 

Raspberry Mousse Bombe

A silky mousse coated with chocolate and served with macerated berries.
