Venue presents the March Brasserie experience featuring Logan’s Greatest Hits brought back to life by Chef Thad Gillies. Reminisce with a nostalgic 5-course menu paired with exquisite wines.

Asparagus Tempura

Lightly battered asparagus served with a tamari sauce and chili oil


Thai Scallops

Seared scallops served with a rich coconut sauce and pickled mustard greens


Goat Cheese Ravioli

Handmade ravioli stuffed with herbed goat cheese tossed in a Riesling cream reduction


Braised Short Ribs

Tender beef ribs served on top of cheese grits with a red wine veal reduction
