Chef Thad has created an amazing 5 course dinner that will be intentionally paired with 5 exquisite Italian regional wines. Come enjoy this curated epicurean adventure with us! Chilled Shrimp Antipasto
Braised celery root, lemon bagna cauda, Prosciutto de Parma.
Flageolet beans, focaccia, rapini, homemade chicken bone broth, Parmesan Reggiano.
Duck Ragu Ravioli
Braised duck breast and ricotta filling, duck reduction sauce, Parmesan Reggiano
Rosemary Pork chop
Berkshire pork chop, braised broccoli rabe, wild mushroom, veal reduction.
Ricotta and chocolate chip filled, chocolate whipped cream
Tickets are $130.00/person for dinner and wine pairings.
